In animal health, there is a pressing need for improved delivery of sensitive biologics, such as vaccines and nucleic acid-based therapeutics, that are effective, environmentally friendly and economically viable. The company is developing its MSP (Matrix/Scaffold/Payload) delivery platform for improved oral delivery to address this need.
NuLode has established a number of collaborations to advance animal health. Current projects include development of a oral vaccine targeting the emerging viral disease of tilapia - Tilapia Lake Virus and developing a therapeutic against two animal viruses.
